Auto Restart Sharing Search

Enable auto restart for the following containers and update the docker-compose.yaml-file accordingly:

• sharing_search
• sharing_mysql

Restart policy for running sharing_search and sharing_mysql has been set to always

Additionally, docker-compose file src/main/docker/gitsearch.yml has been updated to start with restart policy set to always
