+# Release Tests

+The following tests should be carried out during a new release.
+
+## TC anonymous search
+**Precondition**
+ - The user is not logged in
+
+**Test Steps**
+ 2. The user performs some searches that should result also in hits on private exercise items
+
+**Expected Results**
+ - The user does not see hits with private items
+
+## TC search and navigate through exercise collections
+**Precondition**
+ - There exists a hierachical collection of exercises in gitlab
+
+**Test Steps**
+ 1. The user searches for the collection
+ 2. The user navigates from the collection to the children exercises
+ 3. The user navigates from a child exercise to the parent collection
+
+
+## TC User Login via GitLab
+
+**Precondition**
+ - The user is not logged in
+
+**Test Steps**
+ 1. The user logs in via GitLAB
+ 2. The user performs some searches that should result also in hits on private exercise items
+
+**Expected Results**
+ - The user sees also hits with his private items
+
