Give list of currently indexed keywords

To help generate a vocabulary of accepted keywords we should extract the values of keyword we have in our metadata index and make them available for review.

These are the values we have in the Sharing Platform index in production.

It only includes the fields for which there is some vocabulary defined in this list. Duplicate entries were removed.
