Help popup behind search results

On the search page there are question marks to the right of each input field. On a mouseover, help text is shown. For the top field, this help text is drawn behind the text No results found or We have found x hit(s).. All help fields are drawn behind the search result cards.

Draw these help popups in front of the search result div.
