Style of sign in dropdown menu

Clicking into the areas of "Sign in with gitLab" and "Sign in locally" both causes the background to flash in a dark gray. In some areas this also causes the menu to close.

There is a redundant second "Sign in" button at the bottom.

"Sign in locally" and "Did you forget your password?" are not translated into German.

"Did you forget your password?" is useless, it just brings up the home page.
