Refactor exercise metadata display

Resolves #104 (closed).

The only noticeable change in the UI should be the width of the description vs the value column.

These changes make displaying exercise metadata more modular and adding metadata items requires less boilerplate code. This could be used to adapt rendering of metadata to different screen sizes.
