Bugfix/#224 export to artemis public visibility

This MR fixes #224 (closed) by filtering out the export to artemis action from all search results for which the user does not have full access to (e.g. Artemis exercises with publicVisibility: except: - "solution")

Therefore:

  • Unauthorized users: do not see the Export to Artemis button
  • Authorized users: see the Export to Artemis button and can correctly carry out the process
