Putting a ROLE_TA account in an instructor group leads to weird UI elements
Putting an account whose only role is ROLE_TA into the instructors group for a course causes the UI in the course overview to display the three group names (students, tutors, instructors) as links (blue). Clicking them does not bring up the page showing who is in the group.
Normally, tutors see the names of the group and the number of members in it, but this information is diplayed in black like other static text. I do not know how the access management system works, but if something is displayed as a link clicking it should have some functionality. Decide if such an account should be able to see the groups. If so, make the links work, otherwise display as black text, as it is done for tutors.
For an account in this configuration the UI displays the "Lectures" and "Instructor Dashboard" buttons in the Course Overview, but they have no functionality. Remove the buttons if the functionality should be unavailable or add the functionality.
