Search results do not make sense

To test the current state of our search engine, I searched for the keyword injections. This is a keyword I gave to a test exercise I created some time ago. As far as I am aware it is the only exercise tagged with this keyword. To my surprise, there were "about 109 hits". This number seems to approximately match the number of results displayed when scrolled all the way down. (Although then the number is a lot larger, as documented in #81 (closed).) The results include the auto-generated Meta Test Data XX exercises, which do not contain the keyword injections or anything similar. The exercise I was searching for, which should probably the only exercise to show up for this query, was placed third to last, behind all the auto-generated exercises and with a ranking of two stars.

This should be resolved as soon as possible. It would be really bad if we release a search platform where things can't really be searched for.
